如何保持健康How to keep fit?

Nowadays, as the living standardimprove, more and more people in the state of sub-health. And then people graduallyrealize the importance of  keeping fit. Differentpeople have different ways to keep fit, in my view, there are three ways to keepfit. They are as follow.

如今,隨着生活水平的提高,越來越多的人處於亞健康狀態。然後,人們逐漸意識到保持健康的重要性。不同的人有不同的方式來保持健康,在我看來,有三種方式來保持健康。他們是如下。

First of all, exercise is the mostimportant way to kit fit. I don’t know whether you discover that most of theancient people are healthy. The reason is that they have to do labor work everyday, which also equal to do exercise every day. If people want to be health, theywould better do exercise frequently. As for what kind of exercise should they take,I would say  just depending on themselves.

首先,運動是保持健康最重要的方法。我不知道你是否發現大多數古代人都是健康的。原因是他們每一天都要做體力勞動,這也等於每天做運動。如果人們想要健康,他們就應該經常鍛鍊身體。至於應該做什麼樣的運動,我會說,看個人自己。

In addtion, having a good diet is also agood way to keep fit. People in the modern society have many choices to pickfood. What people pick the most is meat andhighcaloric food. Those food can easily make people get fat. And then the healthproblem comes. Therefore , keeping a good diet is necessary. Keep  a good die means eating more fruite and vegetables in the meat world.

此外,均衡的飲食也是保持健康的好方法。現代社會的人們有更多的選擇來挑選食物。人們挑選最多的是肉類和高熱量的食物。這些食物容易使人發胖。然後,健康問題就出現了。因此,保持良好的飲食習慣是必要的。保持一個良好的飲食意味着在這個肉食世界裏要多吃水果和蔬菜。

The last but not least is thatkeeping a good mood is essential in people’s health. It is said that keeping agood mood will lead to a good body. It is true that the people always have a goodmood is much healthier than those who always feel sad.

最後但並非最重要的是保持良好的心情對於人類健康也是不可或缺的。據說好的心情可以帶來健康。這是真的,擁有好心情的人們總是比總是傷心難過的人健康多了。

In general, keeping fit needsto do exercise,keep a balance diet and keep a good mood.

總的來說,要保持身體健康就要鍛鍊,保持均衡飲食和保持一個好心情。
