體育鍛煉之我見 My View on Physical Exercise

Nowadays, as the government advises people to take exercise, the government has built many equipments in the public place for people to exercise. The measure has taken effect, but few people in their 20s and 30s take part in the activity, there are many reasons.

現在,隨着政府提倡人們鍛鍊,政府已經建立了很多公共設備來讓人們鍛鍊。措施已經開始生效,但是20,30歲的人很少參加鍛鍊,這是由很多原因的。

體育鍛煉之我見 My View on Physical Exercise

First, some people in their 20s and 30s are students, they were forced to take morning exercise when they were in high school, so when they graduate from high school, no one force them to exercise, most students become lazy and enjoy sleeping for the long time. Only small portion of them can stick on the habit.

第一,一些人在他們20,30歲的時候是學生,他們在高中時候被迫做早操,所以當他們從高中畢業以後,沒有人強迫他們鍛鍊,大部分學生變得懶散,長時間睡懶覺。只有很少一部分人堅持鍛鍊的習慣。

Second, other people at such age are having works, they are fighting for their career, the pressure in so great that they have to sit on the office all day. Out of such reason, they have to work in the office for long time to compete with others. The fierce competition makes them can’t take breath, people have to work as more as possible to ensure the boss is satisfied.

第二,另外一些在這個年紀的人正在工作,他們正在爲事業奮鬥,壓力很大,以至於他們不得不整天在辦公室工作。出於這樣的理由,他們在不得不在辦公室裏工作長時間來和別人競爭。激烈的競爭讓他們不能喘息,人們不得不盡可能的多工作,來確保取得老闆的滿意。

People in the 20s and 30s are in the good time of life, besides sleeping and work, they should have some time to take exercise, the healthy body ensures better future.

20,30歲是人們一生中的美好時光,除了睡覺和工作,他們應該有時間去鍛鍊,健康的身體確保更好的將來
