猛娃萌:3歲就練出6塊腹肌是種怎樣的體驗?

From running to jumping and climbing trapezes in his spare time, there is not one physical activity Dash Meagher doesn’t like.
業餘時間從跑步到跳躍運動到蕩吊杆,沒有什麼體育運動是達什·米格爾不愛的。

He is just three years old, but incredibly already possesses a six-pack.
他現在只有三歲,但卻已經有六塊腹肌了。(嚇!)

‘I first noticed Dash had the beginnings of a six pack about six months ago when I was changing his nappy,’ the Canberra toddler’s mum Ursula told Daily Mail Australia.
達什來自澳大利亞,他母親厄休拉告訴《每日郵報·澳大利亞版》:“我第一次注意到達什開始有六塊腹肌的跡象是在六個月前我給他換尿布的時候。”

'He’s too young to realise he has it of course, but he’s already incredibly muscly and just loves to exercise.’
“當然了,他還太小,還沒意識到自己有六塊腹肌。但他肌肉發達是事實,而且他超愛鍛鍊。”

'He’s outside every day, come rain or shine. I used to run with him in the pram when he was a baby, and as soon as he hit two, I took him out on what I thought would be a gentle jog. Dash ended up running four kilometres!’
“不管晴天還是雨天,達什每天都進行戶外運動。當他還是嬰兒的時候,我就把他放在嬰兒車裏推着他跑步,兩歲的的時候,我就帶着他一起(進行我“認爲”的)溫柔版慢跑。結果達什跑了四千米!”

Despite being the picture of health now, Dash Meagher, or @musclylittlemonster as he is known on Instagram, hasn’t always been so fit and healthy.
儘管現在達什·米格爾, 或 稱@肌肉小猛男(Instagram上粉絲對他的稱呼)看似處於健康的狀態,但他並不是一直這麼的健康。

‘Dash was an IVF baby and was expected to be two weeks early and smaller than average,’ says Ursula.
厄休拉說:“達什是一個試管嬰兒,晚預產期兩個禮拜出生,而且個子比一般的寶寶都要小。”

‘Instead he was two weeks late, ten pounds and continues to defy all the odds. He started walking at 10 and a half months, has been climbing from the beginning and does constant laps of the kitchen, climbing the coffee tables and kitchen sides – he has this constant energy! I’m truly blessed to have such a healthy little boy.'
“雖然達什晚了兩週出生,但他出生時重十磅而且一直都在克服各種困難。達什十個半月大的時候就開始走路,自那以後就開始上竄下跳,在廚房裏繞圈跑,還經常爬到咖啡桌上和竈臺上。他有着用不盡的精力!能有着這麼健康的孩子我真的很幸福。”
