冰島冷知識：冰島人的名字很特別

在冰島，有專門的機構管起名字，如果你給寶寶起的名字以前不存在，那就得找機構審覈。

另外，冰島人其實沒有姓氏，他們的“姓”是把爸爸或媽媽的名字加個後綴；兒子就加 son，女兒就加 dóttir

所以冰島人要麼叫XXX森，要麼叫XXX多蒂。

First names not previously used in Iceland must be approved by the Icelandic Naming Committee. There are no surnames or family names in Iceland – Icelanders use the traditional Nordic naming system, which includes a last name that is comprised from their father’s (or mother’s) first name with the addition of -dóttir (-daughter) or -son.
