談判無果 德國漢莎航空飛行員醞釀連續罷工

Lufthansa has canceled 876 flights scheduled for last Wednesday because of a planned strike by the German airline's pilots.

日前，德國漢莎航空公司因飛行員計劃罷工而取消了原定上週三起降的876趟航班。

The airline said that roughly 100,000 passengers would be affected by the cancellations, which include more than 50 intercontinental flights.

漢莎稱，航班取消將對約10萬名乘客造成影響。取消的航班中包括50餘趟洲際航班。

That walkout started at Duessseldorf and Hamburg airports at 5 am local time and is due to last until 8 pm.

此次罷工於當地時間凌晨五點在杜塞爾多夫機場和漢堡機場開始，一直持續到了晚上8點。

Pay talks between Lufthansa and the Vereinigung Cockpit broke down this month, and the pilots have rejected calls by Lufthansa for the dispute to be taken to a mediator.

漢莎航空公司和飛行員工會之間的工資談判於本月宣告破裂，而飛行員們也拒絕了漢莎調停爭端的呼籲。

Lufthansa's pilots say they have gone without a pay rise for more than five years. They are asking for an average annual increase of 3.7%.

漢莎的飛行員稱，他們已超過五年沒有漲薪了，他們要求年薪平均每年要增長3.7%。

They also claim that top company executives have seen their pay rise by as much as 30% in recent years, while board members have received even bigger hikes.

他們還稱，公司高管近年來的薪酬漲幅高達30%，而董事會成員的薪酬漲幅甚至更高。

Lufthansa said it offered to enter arbitration with the union in an attempt to resolve the dispute.

漢莎方面表示，已與工會提請進入仲裁程序，以求解決這一糾紛。
