Dozens of Chinese students at the University of Iowa in the US are under investigation for suspected academic misconduct.

A number of test-takers reportedly caught cheating in online classes by having others take exams for them.

據報道，校方發現許多考生在網上課程中找槍手代考作弊。

The university authorities said they're still reviewing the case. They will take disciplinary action including expulsion if the charges are proved.

校方稱仍在調查此事。如果學生真的作了弊，校方將對其採取開除等懲戒措施。

Chen Hang, head of a Chinese student recruitment agency, says cheating among Chinese students in the United States is becoming a significant problem.

一家中國留學生招生中介的一位名叫陳航的負責人表示，作弊正成爲在美中國留學生的一個重大問題。

"A growing number of Chinese students are actively seeking out or launching their own business-like cheating operations. It's starting to happen more in prestigious universities and colleges, especially among undergraduates from China," he said.

他說：“越來越多的中國留學生正主動尋求或自己設立商業化的作弊業務。這種行爲開始更多地發生在名牌高校，且在赴美留學的中國本科生之間尤爲普遍。”

Strict new laws now can lead to jail-time for students involved in cheating on national-level exams. Officials say this has dramatically cut academic fraud rates in China.

而嚴格新法可能會導致那些在國家級考試過程中作弊的學生遭遇牢獄之災。相關官員表示，這已經大大降低了中國的學術欺詐率。
