Dalian Wanda Group, China's largest commercial developer by sales, is turning to the country's web-savvy masses to help finance construction of its next batch of shopping malls, with the launch of its first online investment product.

中國銷售額最大的商業地產開發商大連萬達集團推出旗下首款網上投資產品，以求依靠廣大網民籌集資金，建設下一批商場。

Those who sign up for Wanda's crowdfunding project, "Stable Earner No 1", can expect annualized returns of 12%, generated through rental fees from completed Wanda Plazas.

參與萬達衆籌項目"穩賺1號"的人士，可預期得到12%的年化收益率，這些收益將來自建成後的萬達廣場的租金收入。

With a minimum investment of RMB1,000, the product opens the world of commercial real estate to ordinary investors for the first time, the company said Monday.

該公司8日表示，該產品最低投資額爲1000元人民幣，首次向普通投資者開啓了商業地產世界的大門。
