韓國特使抵達北京參加核問題會談

South Korea's nuclear negotiator says he expects to discuss the dismantling of North Korea's nuclear programs during talks on Wednesday with his North Korean Sung-lac described his priorities Tuesday after arriving in Beijing for the meeting with North Korea's Ri Yong Ho.

He said the negotiators would also discuss other issues that were raised during a previous round of talks in e talks, held on the sidelines of an international security conference, were the first in more than two years between the two sides. They raised hopes that a reduction in tensions could clear the way for a resumption of six-nation negotiations on North Korea's nuclear programs.韓國核問題談判代表魏聖洛說，他期望在星期三的會談期間與朝鮮方面的談判人員討論拆除朝鮮核項目問題。魏聖洛星期二抵達北京後闡述了他在與朝鮮代表李榮浩會晤時的重點。

魏聖洛說，談判代表們可能還會討論此前在印尼的一輪會談時提出的其它一些問題。在一個國際安全會議期間舉行的那一輪會談是雙方兩年多的第一次。會談使人們產生希望，緩解緊張關係可能爲重啓有關朝鮮核項目的六方會談掃清障礙。
