二級以上醫院建安保隊 異常患者須由保安陪診

Security guards at large Chinese hospitals are required to escort potentially dangerous Patients during medical consultations, according to new measures aimed at preventing attacks on health professionals.

根據旨在防止攻擊醫務人員的最新措施，國內大型醫院的保衛人員需要在可能具有危險性的病人尋求醫事診療時予以陪診。

Patients who are intoxicated, have a mental illness or "act abnormally" should be accompanied when with doctors and nurses.

當醉酒、精神或行爲異常的患者與醫護人員共處時，應由保衛人員陪同。

The new rules, drawn up by the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the Ministry of Public Security, also state that hospitals should have emergency response security teams and be equipped with an adequate surveillance network.

這份由國家衛計委和公安部起草的新規還提出，醫院應設有應急安保隊伍，配有足夠的監控網絡。

"Strong and timely control measures should be taken in response to security incidents to ensure safety," the document said.

公告指出：“應採取有力、及時的控制措施應對安全事件以確保安全。”

China ranks hospitals in three categories, with small or grassroots clinics at Grade I.

我國將醫院分爲三個等級，規模較小或基層診所的等級爲一級。

The new rules are aimed only at Grade II and Grade III facilities, which are mostly in cities, to raise medical staff's awareness for safety.

新規僅針對主要位於城市的二級和三級醫院，以提高醫務人員的安全意識。
