2. 第三部分是誰誰誰擔任某公司CEO，然後業績不好還是怎樣，最後董事會讓他做chairman了。
Part4:
1.完型：MBA專業薪金看漲
2.完型感覺考的是詞彙搭配，說的是考MBA的人越來越多，他們付出的錢和日後賺的錢比較，還說什麼大型公司招聘的時候，比較喜歡招聘具有MBA能力的人，記得一個cost 後面填的就不知道應該是overcome還是overbalance，還有一個是絕大多數的表達a()marjority of 選項是expand wide vast big。

大作文：
1.寫作第二題是回一封郵件。大致意思是我們公司要買security computer software，有個叫paul的sales manager毛遂自薦說他們公司的產品好，然後我要回信給他們問software是否適用於所有computer，然後對他們產品24小時服務的這個feature很滿意，要問他們打幾折，然後與paul約時間再進行深入的瞭解做生意。

Part1:
1.記得第一題的部分答案，第一個好像有sales clerk，telephone skills，flexible time 好像後面還有什麼subject presentation，profits
2. 一旅行社工作男的到職業介紹所尋找電話溝通能力強的求職者。
3. 第一題有special promotion, sales clerk, telephone skills, flexible hours。
Part2:
1.好像詢問是機器情況的事兒。
2.第二題好像有machinery, stock, profits, export reports。

Part1:
, hometown, work or student然後是幾個關於IT的問題，你認爲IT對公司是否重要，公司是否應該專門聘請IT員工等等。
2.關於IT帶給我們的影響，企業是否需要IT人才，企業是否需要培訓員工電腦技能。
3. what's your full name, where is your hometown, what's your major, and what's your favourate subject.緊接着就是一個簡答題，貌似是關於temporary staff,好像問我的partner的問題是你做過臨時工沒，然後問我是你覺得臨時工能不能替代正式工。
4.就問問你最喜歡的科目是什麼，我就說了幾句，再說了兩點理由就結束了。然後就問你覺得招聘時具有IT能力的員工好麼，我就回答了幾句with the development 什麼的。
Part2:
1.我選的是dealing with falling sales，給的兩個觀點是new products和與其他公司合作;partner的topic是在國外工作你注重什麼，給的是payment和job security。
2. What is important when choosing a conference centre?給的提示有Location;Facilities
3. 工作一段時間後最重要的是什麼?要點是休息，和適當的活動。
4. what is the most important when you working at a multicultural company，兩個提示是：cultural awareness, team buiding。
5. what is important when organizing a production presentation:Staff,Location，我加了一個good preparation。
6. what is important when replying customer’s complaint effectively……apologize，find the problem。我補充了一個attitude。
7.我選的是what is important when selling a company? 上面的兩點 timing potential buyers，就說完兩點已經木有時間了。
Part3:
1.你們公司的員工少了，所以很多辦公室都空着，討論如何利用這些space，以及move to smaller office的優缺點。之後的提問是你願意在bigger office or smaller office工作;問partner的是do you think it's important for all the staff to have their own desk。
2.本地的商店之類的要弄活動吸引外地人來。問弄什麼活動，怎麼讓別人知道這個活動。
3. 公司打算搬到一個更小的辦公室去，你覺得有必要嗎?優點和缺點是什麼?
4. 你們公司將要在國外開一個分公司，並且組織一個小組到國外實習三個月，討論的問題是：選擇去國外的人有什麼要求，在他們出國之前我們該如何鼓勵他們。
your company first set a team abroad what are you considering about the people who you will choose and how to managing them。針對這個discussion，對2個人的提問，我只記得我的是do you think the leader’s 能力(忘詞了，反正不是ability)is importand in a team.
6.第三部分是舉辦一個什麼活動然後attract customers to our town，要討論的問題是what activities還有一個忘了，問我的問題Do you think it will be a problem to attract people to the ……(活動忘了)。
7.討論說的大概是設計衣服需要把什麼列在目錄裏面，還有一個是說怎麼讓自己的顧客知道消息。
