一個人真要做到從容讀書，沒有把讀書當作心靈義務，沒有把一段青春時光託付給高貴的思想和真誠的文字，那大抵是不行的。因爲不想從容讀書者，自可以有諸多的理由，什麼世界太吵呀，熱鬧事太多呀，誘惑太強呀，等等。亦難怪古代不少讀書人總是把靜坐作爲理學的必修課，以清心寡慾，打消雜念。朱熹告誡讀書人說：“當靜坐涵養時，正要體察思繹道理。”程頤則“每見人靜坐，便嘆其善學。”是啊，只有衝破名繮利鎖，耐得住寂寞，經得住誘惑，方能從容讀書。從這個意義上說，讀書該是無條件的，它完全取決於自我的選擇。就拿法國密特朗總統來說，他從政數十年，無論政務活動多麼繁忙，每天不讀兩小時書總是夜不安寢的。一個國家的總統其繁忙程度當是可想而知的，其尚且能夠從容讀書，那麼我們呢?

In part 4， there is “Not everyone has had a friend。” And later， in part 17，there’s “It’s also lonely with people。” The two sentences nearly have the samemeaning。 A true friend is of a lifetime。 You may say that: “I have a lot offriends， and we always play together and chat together……” But in fact， friendsare not those whom you always stay with。 Friends can be away from your dailylife， can be out of connection for a long time， but they understand what you doand what you say all the time。 You never feel embarrassed when you stay withyour friends and even say no words。
