The graph below shows the percentage of customer satisfaction with three hospitals.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant. Write at least 150 words.

解題思路：

本爲靜態圖，寫作過程中建議使用現在時態，注意不要出現描述趨勢的表達。可以進行分組對比，如好評率最高和最低的項目分別是什麼，也可以進行同組對比，在ABC三個醫院中描述某個項目的好評率高低。

參考範文：

The bar chart gives the satisfaction rate by patients on four aspects in three different hospitals. Generally, all of the three rank high in the quality of treatment, while their waiting room services receive the least satisfaction.

To be specific, Hospital A gains a satisfaction rate as high as 90% in the treatment quality, taking the first place of all the items being marked. With 80% of satisfaction in both the stuff and after service, Hospital A stands out among the other two counterparts, except that its waiting room reaps only 70% positive feedback, 5% lower than Hospital B which ranks the first place in this aspect. Hospital B, however, takes the last place in treatment quality which is the highest among its four items, representing 80%. The staff and after service of Hospital B are rated 70% and 75% respectively, almost neck and neck with Hospital C. Similar to Hospital A, Hospital C gains the highest degree of satisfaction in the treatment (85%) and the lowest in the waiting room (60%), the latter figure being the minimum of all.

On the whole, Hospital A demonstrates more superiority in professional treatment and services. While the waiting room of Hospital B is the most inviting of the three, it does not show more significant advantages over Hospital C in other parts.

It is human nature to long for exploring unknown cultures. Travelling is usually thought to be a direct way to enrich one’s knowledge about unfamiliar places, but in my opinion, traditional ways, such as reading books, watching videos and browsing the websites, seem to be more appropriate for those who want to have a general understanding of the exotic cultures.

First of all, the traditional ways of learning can be more efficient and time-saving. Materials in books and documentaries are arranged systematically, which facilitates learners to better understand the history backgrounds or literatures of a particular period, while the information tourists acquire through travelling is scattered and unrelated with one another. Besides, learning by travelling is confined by many factors such as regional or political reasons, while films and internet provide loads of descriptions about exclusive scenes and events to satisfy our curiosity and desires to learn. For example, many palaces in the Forbidden City are not open to the public, but officially produced video clips reveal these closed parts with elaborate explanations. Moreover, learning through books and internet is definitely a more economical and environmentally-friendly way to get the basic knowledge of a new culture. One do not need to worry about the holidays or plane tickets when sitting before the screen for an hour or so to appreciate the beauty of a foreign place in four different seasons.

Nevertheless, books and other indirect ways of learning seem inadequate when one wants to delve deeper into a culture. Then travelling is a wise option to reflect and discover more by immersing oneself into the local life. At this time, the culture is not learnt, but experienced. Without a broad and established knowledge base, tourists will not feel anything refreshing.

In conclusion, the information in books, videos and internet is well enough for us to learn a new culture. Only with full preparation of the knowledge, one is recommended to travel and study the culture further on site.
