雅思寫作題目類型分析

第一.Argument

此類題型有三個特點，首先，話題性質是爭議性的;第二，題目要求是希望可以尋求考生的看法;第三，在展開論述方面，需要評估對立雙方的證據。比如下面這道例題：Some people think that secondary school students should study international news as a school subject, but others argue that it would be a waste of time of valuable school time. What is your opinion on the issue? (2013.6.22) 這個題目中詢問的就是考生的觀點。

第二.Report

此類話題也包括三個特點，首先，話題性質是非爭議性的;第二，題目需求是希望考生可以尋求信息;第三，在展開論述方面，要求中不要求有無對立的雙方。比如下面這道例題： A large number of young people are leaving school and cannot find a job. What problems will youth unemployment cause for the individual and for the society? What measures should be taken to reduce the level of unemployment among young people? (2012.8.11) 在這個題目中，考題主要詢問考生對客觀現象的總結和複述，而考生自己卻不能有什麼創造性的解答。

第三.Argument +Report 混合型

此類話題混合了argument和report的共同特點，這類型的題目看似複雜，但是很好應對。比如下面這道題目：As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual wellbeing. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers? (劍7，test3)其實我們可以很容易的將題目分解，第一個問題是report，第二個問題可以將其轉化爲argument的典型問法在進行作答，比如可以換成The expectation of job satisfaction for all workers is realistic. Do you agree or disagree? 亦可以換成Some people think everyone can enjoy their work, while others believe that everyone expecting job satisfaction is unrealistic. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
