名詞解釋：知識產權，也稱其爲“知識財產權”，指“權利人對其所創作的智力勞動成果所享有的財產權利”，一般只在有限時間期內有效。各種智力創造比如發明、文學和藝術作品，以及在商業中使用的標誌、名稱、圖像以及外觀設計，都可被認爲是某一個人或組織所擁有的知識產權。據斯坦福大學法學院的Mark Lemley教授，廣泛使用該術語“知識產權”是一個在1967年世界知識產權組織成立後出現的。你知道怎麼用英語表達嗎?

文中的intellectual property就是“知識產權”的意思。1970年4月26日，《建立世界知識產權組織公約》正式生效;從2001年起，將每年的4月26日定爲“世界知識產權日”(World Intellectual Property Day)，其中intellectual用作形容詞，意爲“知識產權的;智力的”，如：intellectual exercise(智力訓練);intellectual也可以做名詞，意爲“知識分子”，如：a high intellectual(一名高級知識分子)。
