教學目標:

1. 知識與能力目標

熟練掌握單詞與短語: blind, ride a bike

熟練掌握重點語句: This dog can help him.

Can Fifi help the blind people?

No, he can’t .

He only wants to play.

使學生能夠靈活運用can ,can’t 描述動物具有的能力,並且能用can對動物是否具有某種能力進行提問。

2.情感態度目標

培養學生熱愛動物,熱愛大自然,熱愛我們周圍環境的意識。

重點難點:

熟練掌握單詞與短語: blind, ride a bike

熟練掌握重點語句: This dog can help him.

使學生能夠靈活運用can ,can’t 描述動物具有的能力,並且能用can對動物是否具有某種能力進行提問。

課前準備:

光盤、課件、教學卡片等

教學過程:

Step 1 Warming up

Draw an animal on the blackboard. Let the students guess what animal it is .

Step 2 Presentation and practice

1. Show a picture of a blind man and a dog. Talk about it then teach “blind”。

Watch a TV show and answer a question“Who can help the blind man ?”

2. Listen to the passage and repeat it. Try to be the TV presenter.

跟讀一遍剛剛觀看過的盲人與導盲犬的電視節目的文章。

請學生試讀缺少個別詞語的文章。

小組練習,根據每句提示詞試複述文章。

en to CDROM and answer the question “Can Fifi help the blind people? ”

Write down the sentence on the blackboard and repeat it.

en again and answer the question “What does he want to do?”

5. Listen and circle the sentences with “can or can’t”。

6. Memorizing game. Guess what the special animals can do .

7. Listen the passage and repeat it

8. Do some exercises on AB p26 1: Read the text and circle.

Step 4 Consolidation and extension

1. Talk about pictures from the student's book. (Part 3 practise ) Then the

students talk about them in group using "This…can … . This …can’t … . "

2. Discuss my pat .e.g. What colour is it ?Is it fat ?What can he do ?

Then the students discuss the other animals in groups .

Step 5 Summary

引導學生自主回顧本節課所學知識,引導學生髮現生活中動物對人類的幫助,培養學生熱愛動物,熱愛大自然的意識。

Step 6 Homework

本課是新標準英語第九冊 “Module 7 Unit 1 This dog can help people.”重點是讓學生具備表述能力掌握句式:This …can/can’t …。

使學生形成熱愛動物,熱愛大自然,熱愛我們周圍環境的意識。

開課時我首先由簡筆畫狗引出本課文本中談論的話題,從實際效果來看能引起學生的興趣,進一步在第二個環節中由導盲犬小Q的故事片斷,對文本中的重難點進行分割處理,用填詞法和補全句子法兩種形式對文本的第二段進行練習,練習方式靈活多樣、有層次性,學生比較容易掌握。在此情景中還幫助學生理解語境詞TV show 和TV presenter。在學習課文操練時學生通過聽錄音回答問題,聽錄音圈出詞語,聽錄音並跟讀等四次對文本的處理,由淺入深使學生能夠理解掌握文章,緊隨其後進行了有效的小練習,小組競賽“記憶大比拼”,培養了學生提問的意識,激發學生學習的興趣,課堂活動手冊27頁中對文章內容的習題,檢測了學生對本節課內容的理解程度。隨後我又設計了一個小語篇的練習,程度有所提高使學生在看聽說的基礎上學會連詞成句,連句成文,得到能力的提升。
