●絕對熟記:
如果你請客吃飯,付賬的時候,告訴客人:我請客｡
It’s on me.
It’s my treat.
Be my guest.
你還可以說:我來付賬｡
Let me pay the bill.
I want to treat you.
如果Waiter送來一些免費的小菜,他會說:
It’s on the house.
Note:
treat除了表示“對待”之外,還可以表示“款待､招待”｡如:
I’ll treat her to an apple pie.
