After you've introduced yourself, you could say: Today I'm going explain.

在介紹完自己後，你可以說：今天我將要……然後解釋。

Then say: I'll start then I'm going to move on to discuss… And finally...

然後說：我首先會……然後我將要談到……最後……

OK, like this: Today I'm going to...

好的，比如這樣：今天我將要……
