1.Can you tell me something about yourself?

I like to manage people and be involved in interesting projects. I have been working for IBM for the past six years, but I am looking for a new challenge right now. I like to do sports, especially athletics. I spend free time with my wife and kids.

2.Can you tell me something about your education?

I have studied at ABC University. I acquired knowledge of statistics, project management and process management. I was active during my studies and took part in practical projects and courses too. Overall my studies were pretty practical and I believe to be ready for job of a project manager.

3.What course did you like best in university？

Monographic study of film and television works at home and abroad. I was very interested in this course when I was a student. And it was useful to my thesis writing.

4.What’s you major weak point？

I am not very good at spoken english. But I am sure I will improve quickly and greatly if I have the chance to join the college/institution and excise english everyday.

5.What are your greatest strengths？

I always approach things very enthusiastically. When I am immersed in something I will never leave it halfdone until successfully complete it with my persistent efforts.My biggest strength is tenacity. I have to see a project through to the finish no matter what challenges I encounter along the way. I always give whatever it takes to complete the job.

6.Are you more of a leader or a follower？

I don’t try to lead people. I’d rather cooperate with everybody and get the job done by working together.

7.What motivates you?

I am motivated by being around other positive people, we might question if working alone would suit them.
I am motivated by targets.

8.What are your biggest achievements so far?

I ran marathon under three hours. I trained for it very hard and it strengthened me both physically and mentally.When I hold Sales Manager job at ABC Inc., the sales grew by twenty percent every year.I became a better person over the years. I learned to listen to the others and see the good in people. I consider this as the biggest achievement of my life.

9.How well do you work under pressure?
I know that all jobs involve some sort of pressure at some time. I can work as well under pressure as I do at any other time but when I am busy, I prioritize activities so that my workload is manageable.

10.hat is your personal mission statement or motto?

“Just do it!”
“Right first time, every time”.
“Less talk, more action”.
“Treat others as you’d wish to be treated”.
“Fortune favours the brave”.
