  Balance Sheet基本方法

選擇要應聘的工作後,必須看清招聘廣告上所列出的每項要求,再將自己的學歷、能力與興趣逐一與之比較,作一張balance sheet.

例如,一則關於marketing management trainee和job requirement是這樣寫的:

We are looking for a competent person to fill the captioned position:

-University graduate major in Marketing Management. Prepared to develop career in the commercial field

-Outgoing personality

-Able to communicate at different levels

-Good knowledge of PC operations

-Proficiency in written and spoken English/Mandarin

那麼你相應地考慮自己的qualification的選擇和表述,就可以這樣寫(與上列各項對應):

-University graduate with major in Marketing

-Having actively participated in Business club's activities and learned accounting and management

-Good in communication with people and like a lot of out door activities, know how to tackle with people from all walks of life

-Skillful in operating Words, Excel, Lotus1-2-3, etc

-Fluent in English and Mandarin

這個方法的好處是可讓求職者清楚瞭解該職位是否適合自己,而本身資料又是否切合要求,而且,明白了各項要求後,就可依據每一點在履歷表上重點提出自己在該方面的強項。突出賣點(selling point),將之放在最吸引人的地方,使招聘者一眼可見,有利於present自己。

  Work experience工作經驗的陳述

工作經驗是resume中令招聘者相當感興趣的一項內容,善加措詞是不可忽視的要務。

剛畢業,何來工作經驗?其實,讀書時的兼職、實習、實踐,以至所曾參加的一些課外活動-協助出版學校刊物、舉辦活動,展覽、宣傳……都可算是工作經驗、不過,表達起來要有針對性地展開,列出那些與所找工作有關的項目重點介紹,必要時更可使用summary的方式,以給招聘者深入的瞭解。

  Job objective 事業目標

  如何緩解工作壓力

快節奏的都市生活常常讓人喘不過氣來,繁重的工作總是讓人高度緊張。長期在“高壓”下工作不但有損健康,對工作本身也會有壞影響。所以白領們一定要學會如何緩解工作壓力。

The time you spend at the office may be the most stressful part of your day, but it doesn't have to be. You have a greater ability to shape your office environment than you may realize.

Take breaks(小憩) throughout the day. It will help clear your mind and relieve pressure. Something as simple as going to the water cooler for a drink may do the trick(達到目的).

Enroll in a noontime or an after-work exercise class(健身培訓). This will give you a chance to unwind(放鬆) and a way to relieve stress.

To help your workday go smoothly, try pacing your activities(有條不紊地安排工作): Do more demanding work(要求較高的工作) in the morning, when your energy level is higher, and easier work later in the day, when you may be tired.
