B:Hello, this is Catherine. I am calling about the appointment with Mr. Liu for this afternoon. Something has just come up. I am afraid the appointment will have to be rescheduled. I am very sorry about the change.

B:您好，我是凱瑟琳。我打電話來是關於和劉先生今天下午會面的事。因爲發生了一件意想不到的事，恐怕約會不得不改期了。很抱歉有這樣的變動。

A:That is all right. Maybe we can make another arrangement.

A:那沒什麼。也許我們可以再安排個時間會面。

B:you.are very kind to say so. Thank you. Do you think tomorrow moming would suit him?

A:l'm afraid there is a bit of a problem. in fact, he has booked up the whole week except tomorrow affernoon.
