第21課 如何詢問店員商品款式、價格等信息
Excuse me, is this one on sale? 打擾一下，請問這個商品打折嗎？
Tip：on sale這個短語只能用在物品上，用來形容物品正在打折
The book is on sale. 這本書正在打折。
The store is having a sale. 這家店正在進行打折活動。
2.詢問商品價格
Excuse me, how much is it? 打擾一下，請問這個商品多少錢？
Tip:對於5w1h問句，我們需要用降調去說；對於yes/no 問句則要用升調去說。
Excuse me, can you do a price check for me? 打擾一下，你能幫我查詢一下價格嗎？
3.詢問店員某款商品，是否有其他的顏色或材質或尺碼
Do you have this in...? 這款商品有（其他的材質/顏色/尺碼 ）嗎？
Do you have this in blue? 這個款式有藍色的嗎？
Do you have this in suede? 這個款式有羊皮做的嗎？
Do you have this in a larger /smaller size？這款有大一點/小一點的尺碼嗎？
4.詢問試衣間在哪
Excuse me, where is the fitting room? 打擾一下，請問試衣間在哪？
Tip: fitness room健身房；fitting room 試衣間，不要混淆
Excuse me. Can I try this on? 打擾一下，我可以試穿下這個嗎？
5.來到試衣間時，店員會說的話
How many? 一共要試幾件衣服啊？
Sorry madam, only six items in the fitting room at a time. 對不起女士，試衣間裏每次最多隻能試6件衣服。
Tip：注意madam的發音，中間的字母d是不發音的。
6.試衣時，更換衣服的尺碼
Excuse me. Can I have a size up for this style? 打擾一下，這個款式，給我拿個大一碼的可以嗎？
Excuse me. Can I have a size down for this style？打擾一下，這個款式，給我拿個小一碼的可以嗎？
Excuse me. Can I have a size 6 for this style？打擾一下, 這個款式，給我拿個六碼的可以嗎？
Tip：美國衣服的尺碼，多數是以數字2,4,6這樣的形式標註出的。
7.試衣時，店員的問候
Hey, are you doing OK in there? 嘿，你在裏面還好吧?
I’m doing great. Thanks. 我非常好，謝謝。
8.店員對試衣結果的詢問
How do you like it? 你覺得它（衣服）怎麼樣？（你喜歡這件衣服嗎？）
I’ll take this. 我將要買這件。
I’ll take these. 我將要買這些。
It doesn’t fit. 它不合適。
9.請求店員把我們購買的商品，包裝成禮物
Would you please gift wrap it for me？你能幫我把這個東西包裝成禮物嗎？
