蘇珊: Now we`ve decided to go global, what form of entry should we use to get into the US market?

迪克: Well, as you saw in my strategy plan, I think that a joint venture would be the best choice. What do you think?

司建立的直營店,需特許人提供貨物供應的特許經營.特許人應當具有穩定的.能夠保證品質的貨物供應系統.並能提供相關的服務,具有良好的信譽.無以特許經營方式從事欺詐活動的記錄.

艾達: Then what about the qualifications of a franchisee?

那麼被特許人又應當具備哪些條件呢?

布朗先生: A franchisee should also be an enterprise or other economic organization established according to law,and it should have the funds,fixed premises and personnel, commensurate with franchising.

被特許人也應是依法設立的企業或者其他經濟組織.並且擁有與特許經營相適應的資金.固定場所.人員等.

艾達: Would you please further explain the franchise fees?

您能進一步解釋一下特許經營費嗎?

布朗先生: chise fees refer to the fees paid by the franchisee for obtaining the franchise rights,which include initial fee,usage fee and other stipulated fees.

好的.特許經營費是指被特許人爲獲得特許經營權所支付的費用.包括加盟費.使用費和其他約定的費用.

艾達: What about the term of franchise contracts?

特許經營合同的期限是怎樣要求的呢?

布朗先生: In general,the term of franchise contracts is no less than three upon expiration of a franchise contract,the franchisor and the franchisee may determine upon consultation the conditions for renewal of the franchise contract based on the principl

特許經營合同的期限一般不少於三年.特許經營合同期滿後.特許人和被特許人可以根據公平合理的原則.協商確定特許經營合同的續約條件.
