call for

1. 解詞釋義

Call for是指需要特定的行爲，舉動，品質，需求，要求等。由此衍生出一個詞語：uncalled-for（沒理由的，不必要的）。例如：an uncalled-for criticism（無緣無故的批評）。它的反義詞是：no call for（沒理由，沒必要）。

2. 拓展例句

e.g. There was no call for such rudeness.

沒必要這麼粗暴。

e.g. There is no call for you to worry over his affairs.

你不用爲他的事擔心。

e.g. There's no call for office workers now and you can try again next month.

現在不需要添辦公人員，你下個月再試試看。
