Hi! My name is Adam. I'm from the US, and the question is, do you remember your dreams?
The simple answer to that would be sometimes. Sometimes, I remember my dreams really vividly and I have crazy adventures of going to different places or seeing different people. Sometimes people that are in my life at the moment, sometimes people from the past or sometimes just new people I've never met before. But it's kind of random when I remember and when I don't. Sometimes I just can't remember at all. So yeah, it's hard to say why I remember or why I don't.
There was a time when I tried to wake up every morning early and write down my dreams. I've heard that's a good way to start remembering or jumpstart the mind to remember better is, in the morning, write down what you can remember and the next day, maybe you'll write down more or remember more. And that was kind of an interesting thing I did for a while.
So yeah, dreams are cool.
