妮可基德曼和丈夫不讓女兒們在家玩電子設備

Nicole Kidman has revealed how her Nashville home with husband Keith Urban is a 'no-devices house'.

She shares two daughters Sunday Rose, 10, and Faith Margaret, 7, with the country musician, admitted that even friends of her youngsters are banned from bringing devices over.

She told the Guardian: 'The general rule is: play, hard core and outside. We have periods at home where we don't turn on the TV and try to have a detox from it all.

She shared her worries about 'all the anger that seems to be around' and explained how in her family's case, the land and animals they have in their Tennessee home help.

One of the reasons the actress and her husband of 12-years decided to live in the southeastern region of the United States, she added, was because of the similarity it shares with Nicole's native Australia.

In a candid interview with the publication, the mother-of-four, who also shares two adopted children with ex-husband Tom Cruise, described how 'the pace of life and the landscape' is very much the same.
