德國出臺新法案:女性上班需穿內衣

On January 12, a court in Germany ruled that employers have the right to order female employees to wear bras in the workplace. Furthermore, the length of a female employee's fingernails, as well as her hair, can also be determined by her immediate superiors.

德國某法院於當日頒佈了一項新法案：僱主有權要求女性僱員在工作場所穿內衣。不僅如此，女性僱員的指甲長度、髮型也可由她的直接上級決定。

According to the new rule, bras could only be white or flesh - because the court said bright colors should not "shine through." But for women who wear undershirts, it depends on.

根據規定，內衣只能是白色或者肉色——因爲該法院稱內衣顏色不得具有“穿透性”。但對於穿了背心的女性而言，情況可隨意。

The court also ruled that men can sport beards, but the boss has a right to order it to be kept well trimmed and not become a Robinson Crusoe castaway version.

此外，該法院還規定，男性僱員可以蓄鬚，但老闆有權命令他們把鬍子打理好，以防他們變成翻版流浪漢“魯濱遜”。
