飛人喬丹起訴中國喬丹體育侵權：你們用我的名字夠久了！

Former NBA star and current Bobcats owner Michael Jordan filed suit in a Chinese court against Qiaodan Sports Company Limited, a sportswear and footwear manufacturer, for unauthorized use of his name.
前NBA籃球巨星星、夏洛特山貓隊現任老闆邁克爾∙喬丹正式向中國法院提起訴訟，指控中國運動服飾生產商喬丹體育股份有限公司，在未經授權的情況下使用其姓名。

In a statement released through his spokeswoman, Jordan says he's worked hard to establish his name and calls the issue "deeply disappointing to see a company build a business off my Chinese name without my permission, use the number 23 and even attempt to use the names of my children."
飛人喬丹在通過發言人發佈的官方聲明中，表示自己是通過不斷努力建立了自己的喬丹品牌。提到此次的訴訟他表示，看到喬丹體育公司在未經允許的情況下使用他的中文名字開展業務，使用他的球衣號碼23號甚至打算使用他的孩子的名字，他感覺深深地收到傷害。

Jordan says he's "This complaint is not about money, it's about principle and protecting my name."
喬丹表示“此次的起訴不是錢的問題，而是關係到原則”，他要維護自己的姓名權。

The Chinese company has registered and uses the name "Qiaodan" — the moniker Jordan has been known by in China since he gained widespread popularity in the mid-1980s.
喬丹體育公司註冊和使用了“喬丹”這一名稱，早在邁克爾∙喬丹上世紀80年代中期成名時，這個品牌名稱就跟其本人緊密聯繫在一起。

The Chinese company, with registered capital of 450 million yuan and based in Southern China’s Fujian province, won approval from the nation’s securities regulator in November for an initial public offering of 112.5 million shares.
