六小齡童闢謠:並未接到央視春晚邀請

Actor Zhang Jinlai, or more well-known with his stage name of "Liu Xiao Ling Tong", has denied rumors that his performance was canceled at the Spring Festival gala staged by CCTV.

演員章金萊，或者是藝名更爲人們所熟知的“六小齡童”，近日否認了自己的節目被中央電視臺春節晚會所斃的傳言。

Instead, the actor confirmed through People's Daily that he was not invited by the gala's organizer at all. The news has aroused huge discontent from Chinese netizens.

但是，這位演員通過《人民日報》，證實了他根本沒有被春晚節目組所邀請。這一消息也引起了廣大中國網民的強烈不滿。

Many believe that Liu Xiao Ling Tong should be a must for the Spring Festival Gala, as 2016 was the Year of Monkey, according to the Chinese Zodiac sign.

根據中國生肖傳統，因爲2016年是猴年，所以許多人認爲六小齡童應該是參演春晚的必備人選。

Comments on the situation have flooded the official Sina Weibo account of the gala organizers. For himself, the actor says he is always ready to appear on the stage.

據悉，對於上述事件的評論已經淹沒了春晚劇組的新浪官方微博。而對於六小齡童本人來說，他表示，自己隨時可以登臺表演。
