The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation in India is offering people a rupee for a pee in public toilets to prevent them from defecating on footpaths and posing a major public health risk.

印度艾哈邁達巴德市政當局規定，公民每到公廁撒尿一次，就可得到1盧比的獎勵，意在防止人們在路邊隨處排便，造成嚴重的公共健康隱患。

The scheme will be piloted in 67 public toilets where officials will distribute money outside.

該方案將率先在67個公廁試行，現場會有官員在公廁外發錢

If successful, it will be implemented across all 300 public toilets in the city.
