萬達將以35億美元收購傳奇娛樂

Dalian Wanda, the property and media group controlled by Wang Jianlin, China’s richest man, will purchase Legendary Entertainment for $3.5bn.

中國首富王健林控股的地產與傳媒集團大連萬達(Dalian Wanda)將以35億美元收購傳奇娛樂(Legendary Entertainment)。

Legendary, the Hollywood company behind films such as Godzilla and Pacific Rim, was started by Thomas Tull, who will remain chairman and CEO. The deal is aimed at strengthening ties between Hollywood and the world’s fastest-growing movie market.

這家制作了《哥斯拉》(Godzilla)和《環太平洋》(Pacific Rim)等電影的好萊塢企業，是由托馬斯圖爾(Thomas Tull)創建的，他將繼續擔任董事長兼首席執行官。該交易旨在加強好萊塢與中國這個全球增長最快的電影市場之間的聯繫。

In a Chinese language-release to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Wanda said it would buy Legendary for no more than $3.5bn, in cash.

萬達在港交所(HKEx)發佈公告稱，將以不超過35億美元的現金收購傳奇娛樂。
