瑞幸因不正當競爭挨罰

The State Administration for Market Regulation fined five companies, including Luckin Coffee China Co Ltd, two million yuan ($297,000) each for unfair competition.

市場監管總局對瑞幸咖啡（中國）有限公司等五家公司分別處以罰款200萬元，原因是它們有不正當競爭行爲。

The administration issued an administrative penalty decision on Monday stating Luckin Coffee China and Luckin Coffee Beijing, between April and Dec of last year, collaborated with multiple third-party companies to fabricate 123 million false coffee orders.

市場監管總局10月12日發佈行政處罰決定書，稱去年4月至12月，瑞幸咖啡（中國）有限公司、瑞幸咖啡（北京）有限公司在多家第三方公司幫助下，累計製作虛假卡券訂單1.23億單。

Luckin Coffee had hired individuals and enterprises to make orders, adding false income and forging banking transaction records, which deceived and misled consumers, according to the administration.

行政處罰決定書顯示，瑞幸咖啡採用“個人及企業刷單造假”，虛增收入，僞造銀行流水，欺騙誤導消費者。

The administration has ordered the coffee chain to cease its illegal activities.

市場監管總局責令瑞幸咖啡停止違法行爲。
