prefer的用法1：prefer的基本意思是“較喜歡,更喜歡”,多指在兩個或兩個以上的選項中優先選擇其中的一項,多用於“...”或“er than”結構,相當於like better 或place before the others,因此不能用more或most來修飾它。引申可表示爲“寧可”“寧願”等。
prefer的用法2：prefer也可作“提出”解,多指提出聲明、請求、控訴等,常與介詞against連用,是正式用語。
