口語部分

託福口語還是以“練”爲主，無論是模仿還是其他，一定要張嘴說。我們在備考計劃中，也要注意這些方面。

1、自主創造語言環境

“自言自語法”練習中，可以隨心所欲地創造語言環境。可以在任何時候、的任何地方採取適當的語速和音調。

2、模仿訓練

採用“自言自語法”提高自己的英語口語能力要學會模仿。模仿的原則：一要大聲模仿。二要仔細模仿。優美的語音、的語調不是短期模仿所能達到的，需要有耐心，有信心，有恆心，不能有任何鬆懈，要相信自己完全有能力模仿得更好。

3、精選訓練材料

託福口語備考的時候，建議考生有目的的選擇你所說的材料，開始的時可以練習小故事，語言儘量的簡單，生動，有明確的細節，這樣對於把握語言的連貫性有好處，對於託福口語的提高也有着很重要的意義。

4、狠抓句型訓練

很多考生覺得語法在考試中考的越來越少了，就不重視句型的練習，其實這是不對的，句型在最能直接反應說話的應用單位的，口語的培養就必須要抓句型的。

在自己在說英語的時候最好要帶上手勢，動作和表情，雖然說語言是人們交流的重要工具，但是不是唯一的工具，說話帶上手勢，動作和表情的話給人又是另一種感覺。

5、學會及時複述

當你閱讀完一篇文章的時候，要用自己的話在複述一遍，剛開始的時候，你的複述中允許自己帶點中文，但是還是要儘量能背誦下來，考生也可以在複述的過程中用文中出現的關鍵詞或部分句型，作爲複述的線索，輔助自己較完整的複述所讀材料。還可以聽磁帶或是可能視影片後在複述，這種辦法既能提高聽力又能練習口語，還可以矯正自己的語調和語音。

6、豐富說話語言

考生說話要有感染力，你所說話能給別人帶去一種什麼樣的感情，要是總是一個語調說話，跟機器人沒有什麼區別。

寫作部分

很多同學在準備託福寫作時，往往非常急躁，對基礎知識不是特別重視，總是覺得詞彙和句式的學習是沒用的。但是，如果沒有紮實的基本功，託福寫作拿高分是不可能的。關於基本功的訓練，有兩個方面需要注意，即詞彙和語法。

在詞彙方面，根據寫作的要求，背單詞時不但需要記住單詞的含義，還需要快速、準確的拼寫出來。並在平時的練習過程中，注意積累詞彙的高級表達及同義詞。

在句式方面，富於變化的表達也會贏得考官的青睞。因此，在日常的寫作中，需要同學們有目的有意識的去積累及練習高級句式。

除了基礎積累外，就是培訓。接受系統培訓的最大優勢就是節省時間。託福寫作可以自學的，但是在備考過程中也需要有個人幫你評判你是否在進步?你現階段的寫作存在的問題是什麼?你可以找一個老師，也可以找英語水平比較的同學幫你看一下。說到底，寫作的提升是需要基礎積累和系統培訓相結合的。

我是浙江大學的學生，我學的專業對語言要求比較低，我自己也比較水，所以考了好多好多次。

我考的次數很多，個人覺得成績也很一般，想法如下：

閱讀：

我開始考的時候閱讀總是做不完，後來老師建議我背核心詞彙，我背了五六遍核心詞彙，閱讀終於能做完了，再加上熟練背誦老師給的技巧，閱讀25+沒什麼問題。後來我考了GRE，閱讀就穩定在28+了。所以GRE學習對託福詞彙量的拓展還是很有幫助的，託福遇到瓶頸的同學不妨開始背一背GRE的單詞。但是託福改革之後難度增加，細節題變多，詞彙題變少，所以我的閱讀考得還是比較糟糕。就我來說，閱讀考試要按技巧做，不可以吃飽了撐的去理解和學習文章，不然一定會做不完的。這次我六選三的題基本都放棄了，所以考完還有五分鐘。這也是給後面的同學一個提醒，希望同學們上課能好好掌握老師講授的技巧，並融匯貫通，這樣不僅能節約時間，也能提高正確率。

聽力：

聽力先是背單詞，然後是聽內容，等到內容基本能聽懂了，再加上一些技巧就可以考25+的分數。技巧比聽力水平更重要，強化班老師給了一些PPT，我後來翻出來又學習了一遍，感覺收穫很大。反正我聽力也一般般，每次都要錯一點，模擬練習的時候一直穩定在22分，考試的時候會稍微高一些。

口語：

這次口語是個意外之喜，我以爲只能考22分。我考試的時候發揮比較好，心態也比較好，於是就信口胡說。因爲考了很多次，所以模板已經滾瓜爛熟了，考的時候就用一下模板，聽到什麼就複述一遍。第四題我還是沒答出來，因爲這次的lecture不按套路出牌，所以我答得有點糟糕。但是分數還可以。口語還是很考水平的，信口胡說能說清楚就行了，不用太有負擔。

寫作：

我之前寫作一直在27、28，這次不知道爲什麼只有26。我寫作是套模板的。之前強化班是Y老師上的課，他給的思路都很有創造性，所以我考試的時候很快能想出思路，所以我在內容上沒什麼問題。託福改革之後綜合寫作出現了新題型，所以原來的模板不太好用，需要新準備一個模板。

很顯然，雖然我四門都考得很一般，總分也夠申請了，所以大家不要太有壓力，隨便考考嘛。最後希望大家都能考到理想的成績，不辜負自己的努力!祝願新航道越辦越好!
