3.職前工作說明 對話

This is the first day of Steven's work. Mr. Kang is explaining the job to him.

今天是史蒂文第一天工作。康先生正在向史蒂文做職前工作說明。

Steven: Did you call me, sir?

史蒂文：先生，是您叫我嗎？

Mr. Kang: Yeah. If you are available now, let me describe your work duties, OK?

康先生：是的。如果你有空，就讓我給你介紹一下你的工作內容，可以嗎？

Steven: What am I expected to do?

史蒂文：我要做些什麼工作呢？

Mr. Kang: As a newcomer, you are going to be responsible for some basic tasks first, including certain routine duties like answering the telephone and typing. Later, you will be assigned to the Sales Department.

康先生：身爲一個新員工，你必須要先負責一些基本的工作，包括一些每天的例行公亊，比如說接電話、打字之類的。一段時間後，你會被分配到銷售部去。

Steven: I see. It must be a challenging job, but I would like to do it. And what about now?

史蒂文：我明白了。這一定是一個充滿挑戰性的工作了，但是我願意去做。那我現在做什麼呢？

Mr. Kang: For this is your first day in our company, you can begin with our special products. Before you do your job, it's necessary for you to be familiar with our own products. Sort these papers and file them correctly.

康先生：由於你是第一天上班，可以先從瞭解我們的特色產品開始。在你開始工作前，有必要先熟悉一下我們的產品。把這些文件分類並將它們正確歸檔。

Steven: OK, I'll get to work on it at once.

史蒂文：好的，我現在就去做。
