1770年，Marie-Antoinette d'Autriche（維也納人）把羊角麪包正式的帶入法國。但是有一種說法羊角麪包早在1770年以前已經存在。有歷史紀錄在1549年在巴黎皇室有羊角麪包。
現今，羊角麪包是法國人的一種傳統早點。現在市面上的層狀羊角麪包的做法最早於20世紀初。


Kimchi:韓國泡菜

辣白菜是泡菜的一種，泡菜是朝鮮族具有代表性的傳統發酵食品，是以米飯爲主的朝鮮族飲食生活中最重要的副食之一。相傳的哪怕一日無泡菜，都難以吃下飯啦。
泡菜的醬汁，可以補充米飯中缺乏的蛋白質。另外，在泡菜酵的過程中，蝦醬、鳳尾魚醬、黃石魚醬等含有的蛋白質分解爲氨基酸。
蔬菜中含有鈣、銅、磷、鐵、鹽等豐富的無機物，促進維生素C和對以米飯主食的人尤爲重要的維生素B的吸收。
泡菜可以淨化胃腸。能夠促進胃腸內的蛋白質分解和吸收。還可以使腸內微生物的分佈趨於正常化。
泡菜隨着發酵的成熟產生酸味的乳酸菌，不僅使泡菜更加美味，食用後還能抑制腸內的其他有害菌哦。
