【147】詞彙講解：cast
cast這裏指的是貝拉腿上的石膏。
往往在娛樂新聞什麼裏頭看到cast都是表示演出陣容，也就是我們常說的卡司。

【148】常用口語：I've heard that before.
“這話兒我聽過。”在這裏是貝拉的爸爸用來揶揄愛德華的一句話。
言下之意就是，當時你也這麼說，怎麼我們家女兒就受傷了呢？

【149】常用口語：I'll be right back.
right back在口語中使用頻率很高，表示去去就來、馬上回來。
網絡聊天的話可以簡寫成BRB=be right back.

【150】俚語講解：crashing the prom
crash是個俚語，是無票闖入的意思。
crash the prom就是沒有資格參加舞會矇混參加。
