第一步：原句放送
Fate determines who enters your life, your actions decide who stays.
determine 和 decide 都是“決定”之意，此處用兩個不同的詞避免了重複。
fate 命運。中文裏的“緣分”若翻譯成英語也可以直接說fate，例證：
１、富貴功名，前緣分定。（《西遊記》）
Wealth and honor, glory and fame, are predetermined by fate. (W.J.F. Jenner 譯）
2、君琴瑟之好，自相知音；薄命人烏有此福。如有緣，再世可相聚耳。（《聊齋.宦娘》）
