I enjoy working with open-minded people, and those who are not afraid to share their knowledge or skills, those who can identify what the problem is instead of whose fault it is and those who care about the work more than the reward. On the negative side, I've had an experience working with a supervisor who only talks about himself. It's not really helpful.
