英語面試自我介紹應該怎麼做

1、禮貌性問候；

2、個人基本信息介紹；

3、能力介紹：學歷、專業、工作經歷、擅長領域；

面試時需注意用詞，多描述實際情況，避免過多套話，做到口語流利、語法與邏輯無誤。

英文面試自我介紹應該包括：禮貌性問候、基本信息、個人經歷等內容。

而個人經歷裏應該要提及“你作爲職場人員都做過什麼”、“你認爲工作中什麼是重要的”、“你如何爲公司創造價值？”。

而自我介紹時，要注意眼神交流、語言簡練、肢體語言積極堅定、不要情緒化或者表現得過於緊張。

還應當要避免遲到、負面言論、傲慢、看手機、着裝不當的行爲。

Tips to Improve Self Introduction in Interview Process:

1. Put on a smile and greet the interviewers & give details about Name, Place after greeting: 微笑，打招呼後介紹姓名、地址

For a start, the candidate requires to smile and greet all the interviewers sitting on the panel. While greeting the interview deliver a firm handshake saying “Hello”, “Good Morning” or any other greeting. Moreover, the place doesn’t include a whole address. Therefore, a candidate should keep their starting stage clean and precise.

4. Mention about previous project: 介紹以往的工作項目

STAR method to illustrate this.

這種情況下可以使用STAR策略。

STAR stands for Situation, Task, Action, Result: 

S-情況，T-任務，A-行動，R-結果。

Situation - You start by explaining a situation which required you to solve a problem, use a skill, or come up with a new idea.

情況-你首先解釋一個需要你解決問題、使用技能或想出新想法的情況。

Task - Next, you explain the action that your job requires in such a situation.

任務-接下來，你解釋一下你的工作在這種情況下需要採取的行動。

Action - After, you describe the action that you took. If it’s different than the required task, you should also explain why you chose a different path.

行動-之後，描述你所採取的行動。 如果它與所需任務不同，則還應解釋爲什麼選擇了不同的路徑。

Result - What happened in the end? How did the situation play out once you acted? It’s best here to illustrate successes with numbers and details if you can.

5. About mentor and professional support: 介紹導師和職場上受到的幫助

Most of the time during an interview the candidate keeps explaining about themselves to the employer. That seems a quite self-obsessed for most of the people.

To talk about your professional self, you’ll need to do two things.

Second, you’ll need to tailor your accomplishments to the job description.

8. Conclude with a thank you:最後感謝對方

At the end of the interview session, the candidate should try to show his gratitude towards the employer for such great opportunity.

And finally, leave the room by saying thank you with a firm handshake along with a smile.

While delivering a Self Introduction in Interview:

About my achievements, I never made any achievements at state level. But in my schooling I got certificate in singing level competition. In college I got NSS certificate which I participated as volunteer in my 1st year of engineering.

My strengths are hardworking, self-motivating and dedicated towards my work. And also I'm a good learner as well as teacher.

My hobbies are making crafts, painting, surfing net.

My short term goal to get placed in well reputed company.

My long term goal to placed in any company and give my best to your organisation. 

As a fresher, I don't have any working experience, but I will prove once the opportunity comes.

Example 2: 

My name is XXX and I am from XX. I am currently studying Finance and Economics at Hong Kong University. I was raised in Bengalu and when I was 18 I moved to Hong Kong to take my university study. Last year I went to London to join the school's exchange program. During my exchange I went backpacking with other backpackers from all over the world to other countries across Europe. It was a fun experience. I think I have been fortunate enough to be able to live in different parts of the world and thus be able to broaden my horizon.

I have a strong interest in banking and financial services industry. The reason is I'd like to leverage my detail-oriented mind and apply the skills and knowledge that I have attained throughout my degree courses. I see myself as a people-oriented and over-achiever person. I demonstrated this through working in various group projects with different types of people in which I had been able to perform well.

I would like to be part of your company to further develop myself in banking field and to use my capabilities to serve both your company and your clients.
