臺灣遊覽車事故疑似因司機報復並自焚所致
The driver of the Taiwan tour bus in which 26 people died on July 19 may have set fire to the vehicle after quarreling with his wife, who had decided to return to the Chinese mainland as the driver was involved in a sexual assault case, Taiwan media reported.
據臺灣媒體報道，7月19日造成26人死亡的臺灣遊覽車事故可能是司機與妻子爭吵後縱火釀成的。因該司機捲入性侵案，其妻子決定回到中國大陸，二人發生爭吵。Investigators claim the quarrel might have led the driver to vent his anger on the mainland tourists.
調查人員稱，這場爭吵可能導致該司機遷怒於大陸游客。The driver drank lots of liquor while driving to the Taoyuan International Airport on July 19, and poured gasoline on the water fountain and the panel board.
當日，該司機駕車前往桃園國際機場途中喝了大量烈酒，並將汽油灑在飲水機和配電盤上。
After the accident, the driver's father said that the daughter-in-law has gone back to mainland with three children, and "will never come back."
