Self-restraint is hard to express by language and objective things, but the comprehensive impression, which is the so called "temperament". It can reflect from the manners, speech, and self-confidence.
涵養，字面上理解應該是知識與閱歷昇華的產物，一般修養好的人涵養也比較好。涵養比較難用語言和客觀事物來表示，更多的是給人的綜合印象，也就是常說的“氣質”。可以從舉止、言語、自信上得以體現。

面試整個過程時間短，可以看出禮節的細節也不多，主要有以下幾個關鍵的地方。一是進出考場。特別是進考場，因爲出考場時一般考官分數都打好了，不會更改，但也要注意。進考場時，一般要開門、關門，動作、聲音要輕，進來後手中如果有物品，如包，傘等，最好放在門旁邊，不要放在自己椅子上或旁邊的地上。二是與主考官對話。用很短的時間解決了關門、放東西，然後走到桌子旁，給考官鞠個躬，同時說句“各位考官好”，其餘的話不要多說，然後站直，面帶微笑目視主考官。這時候主考官會對你說，“請坐”，你說聲謝謝即可坐下。
