依據市交通局的一項新規，上海的計程車司機將被禁止通過具有價外加價功能的手機叫車軟體來接客。
上海市交通港口管理局近日出臺了計程車叫車管理規定。規定中寫道由第三方手機叫車軟體提供的叫車服務應當與計程車公司的派車中心相整合。
在北京和上海等一些大城市，要在高峰時間叫輛計程車可不簡單。手機叫車軟體因此而變得越來越流行。有了這些軟體，使用者便可向司機支付小費，也可以就路費跟司機砍砍價錢。
