如果你有钱没地方花，又担心贬值，那你就去买 government securities（国债）吧！

企业能发行债券，国家当然也能发行债券。这些Government securities发行的目的是为了弥补财政赤字，因为它有国家信用背书，所以它是风险最低的债券。同时，它也是流动性最好的资本市场工具。

我们来看2个例句：

China issues very little debt overseas and Chinese investors already treat government securities as essentially risk-free.

中国在海外发行的债券很少，中国投资者已经将政府证券基本上视为零风险。

Prices for U.S. government securities rose steadily as investors flocked to safer investments on fears of a U.S. recession.

美国国债价格稳步上行，因投资者担心经济衰退而涌入较安全的投资领域。
