Urban Dictionary对于fashionably late的解释：

The refined art of being just late enough (5 minutes or so) to give the impression that you are a busy, popular person that was held up with other business.

How to be fashionably late?

1.依场合而定。不同场合的“迟到基金”不同；
2.做到因人而异；
common sense；
4.避免last-in, first-out(最后一个到，第一个走)。
