Restriction

很多人甚至是企業，對競業限制（competitive restriction）存在誤解，認為簽訂《保密協議》（NDA，Non Disclosure Agreement）就能簽訂《競業限制協議》，不論職位高低，一律簽訂《競業限制協議》。

但根據我國《勞動合同法》相關條例規定，競業限制的人員（Personnel subject tothe restriction of competition）限於用人單位的高級管理人員（senior executives）、高級技術人員（senior technical）和其他負有保密義務的人員（personnel under theobligation of confidentiality），如財會人員、祕書等。

常見的限制有社交距離限制（social distancing restriction）、旅行限制（travel restriction）、貿易限制（trade restriction。）
