丹麥冷知識：獨特的不競爭文化
很有特色的“不競爭”文化
這又是丹麥人快樂的一大原因，他們的文化中有一個神奇的基因，那就是“不競爭”，還有個專門的詞 Janteloven 來形容它。
旁邊的芬蘭、瑞典等國也有相似的意識形態，那就是儘量消除社會上的競爭文化，從小就在教育系統中構建“所有人都一律平等，各種能力都有價值、都該被認可”的觀點。
以此構建出“每一種工作都是好工作”的社會。
The Danes have a term called Janteloven. We have a similar thing in Sweden with the same name but in Swedish. The meaning of this can be summarized that no one is better than the other, and today, it’s an important part of the culture where everyone is accepted and equal. However, the origin of Janteloven was to hold people down and make sure that they didn’t think that they’re better than anyone else.
丹麥有一個叫做Janteloven的詞語。瑞典也有一個類似的詞語，不過是用瑞典語表示的。這個詞的含義可以概括為，沒有人比其他人更好，而現在它是丹麥文化重要的一部分，即每個人都被認可，而且人人平等。然而，Janteloven這個詞最初是為了壓制人們，並確保他們不認為自己比別人更好。
