網購兒童用品不合格率近三成

Nearly one-third of children's products sold on 13 online shopping sites failed quality tests, including some made by Shanghai companies, according to China's top Market watchdog.

據中國最高市場監管機構表示，在13個在線購物網站中銷售的兒童產品裏，有近三分之一沒有通過質量測試，其中有一些是上海公司生產的。

They include seven types of goods such as shoes, clothing, toys, roller skates, and baby straps. In total, there were 116 batches of substandard goods, accounting for 28.9 percent, according to the State Administration for Market Regulation.

不合格的商品中包括了鞋子、衣服、玩具、溜冰鞋和嬰兒揹帶等7種商品。據國家市場監督管理總局透露，共有116批次不合格品，佔比28.9%。

Two batches of folding toy scooters labeled "Disney" and sold on were on the list for a number of reasons, including the strength of their handles.

A batch of baby straps branded "babycare" sold on were found to be substandard over their pH index, which can cause skin allergies, particularly among children, said the Shanghai Administration for Industry and Commerce, which conducted tests on three types of children's goods in the campaign, namely baby straps, toy scooters and roller skates.

Roller skates branded Enpex, sold on and made by a Shanghai sports company, failed over their brakes, which could lead to injuries through falling, according to the administration.

據該監管部門透露，在1號店上銷售的、由上海一家體育公司生產的Enpex牌溜冰鞋剎車失靈，使用中可能會導致摔傷。
