在託福寫作的訓練過程中，增加語料的輸入，在計時環境中加強對語言的使用是非常重要的。

在XDF託福寫作老師的幫助下，平日加強練習寫作的頻率，保證兩天一篇作文的訓練量，有助於在考場能迅速將自己平日反覆訓練的好詞句得心應手地用於考場作文上。把握綜合寫作和獨立寫作的給分要求，針對性地寫出適於拿高分的作文。

對於綜合寫作，在前3分鐘快速瀏覽文章的過程中，快速記下對象和其中的三個理由或理論，然後針對這些觀點着重聽聽力內容，儘可能多的將聽力內容全部呈現，這部分對句式要求並不嚴格，只需要觀點明確並且適當替換單詞，避免過度重複即可。

對於獨立寫作，在平日裏積累了大量訓練後，對每一個話題都會比較熟悉，按照獨立寫作的框架，給出論點和論據，加以人物事例論證即可(最好有自己的同時也有名人事例)。

我把經驗分爲綜合寫作和獨立寫作來說。

綜合寫作只需要對比閱讀材料與聽力材料的論點相對之處，不需要加入自己的觀點的。如果加入了自己的觀點反而會顯得累贅。官方要求說是150-225字，但是實際寫下來肯定是會超過225個詞的。

獨立寫作重要的是要有詳盡的細節。實際考試的時候最好是能寫到450字左右。寫作最重要的就是不能有單詞和語法錯誤，一定要在最後留出5分鐘的時間好好檢查一遍自己寫的文章。在這麼短的時間內寫出的文章難免不會出錯，而過多的細微的語法和單詞拼寫錯誤會使最終的寫作得分降低一到兩分甚至會更多，因爲檢查是十分重要的。

寫作是托福考試的最後一項，我拿到了28分。我想XDF老師提出的多寫多練，不要怕小錯誤的建議起到了很大的作用。

以前寫作時，總是在一些細節上耗費腦力，生怕哪個細節語法或拼寫出錯，但XDF的寫作老師詳細給我們介紹了作文評分標準，只要不影響閱讀理解，一些細小的錯誤是不會扣分的，但字數太少的文章通常會被認爲是語言能力不足，所以考場上我基本算是放飛自我，暢所欲言，最後的大寫作寫到了接近600字，不出意外的拿到了理想分數。

說到託福作文，我並沒有太多時間準備，但是還是拿到了比較不錯的分數，因爲我在新東方的託福寫作老師何錚老師曾經講過一種看一句範文後自己在腦中重構一遍後與其比對的方法，我把這種方法與鍵盤打字相結合使用(打字速度慢也是字數少的一個原因)，看一句託福作文書後，用鍵盤快速打下來，然後比對比對少了什麼，在考前我一直重複這個方法，而不是盲目寫新作文，這樣在最後考試的時候，獨立作文寫了493個詞。

關於託福寫作，開頭非常重要，一定不要在開頭犯下任何語法和拼寫錯誤，要儘可能用優美的語句來引入話題，這樣可以給考官一個高水平的印象。

平時背一下各種話題的常用開頭會很有用，但是不要用各種範文的開頭，可以自己給各種話題寫一個屬於自己的完美開頭，這樣子不會給考官一種套用的感覺，而且也會節省很多引入話題思考的時間。

寫作要儘可能把例子詳細，不要一筆帶過。越是詳細的例子，越容易用到好的詞彙，這樣可以畫龍點睛，展示自己的詞彙量。如果最後寫完了，檢查的時間不夠了，比如只有1分鐘了，一定詳細檢查開頭，每一段的主題句和結尾，不可以有拼寫和語法錯誤。

平時要多練習寫作，必須用電腦打字來練習，打字速度快能夠爲你在考試中節省大量的時間來思考和展開。雖然官方對字數的要求是300字以上，但是我建議最好寫到500詞，這樣能夠展示自己的熟練度，也可以展示更多豐富的內容。

平時一定要多背單詞，不要僅限於託福詞彙，要在各個話題中儘可能擴展詞彙量，這樣閱讀是能省下單詞題的時間;口語中詞彙呼之欲出，不會卡殼;在寫作中也能精準表達自己的意思，使用高級的詞彙。

在寫作方面，我也沒有記背套路，而是謹記，寫作是爲了表達觀點。如何準確的抓住題意、有邏輯的思考、清晰的表達、合理的回答問題纔是重點。

考試時文章我採用了三段式，開頭明確寫出了觀點，段落中寫出推理過程，段尾簡單提出意見。當然，我的運氣也比較好，考察的內容剛好可以用我在學校學到的有關經濟學原理的知識解釋。剩下的就是水到渠成一氣呵成的事情。當然，在寫完之後，還是應該仔細檢查，避免語法錯誤。

　　託福寫作內容如何瘦身

一、選擇比較實際實用的單詞，不用空洞的詞彙

1.一些空洞的單詞或詞組根本不能爲句子帶來任何相關的或重要的信息，完全可以被刪掉。比如下面的句子：

When all things are considered， young adults of today live more satisfying

lives than those of their parents， in my opinion.

這句話當中的“when all things are considered”和“in my opinion“都顯得多餘。完全可以去掉。改爲：

Young adults of today live more satisfying lives than their parents.

2.有些空洞和繁瑣的表達方式可以進行替換，例如：

Due to the fact that our grandparents were under an obligation to help

their parents， they did not have the options that young people have at this

point in time.

“due to the fact that”就是一個很典型的繁瑣的表達方式的例子，可以替換，簡化爲下面的表達方式：

Because our grandparents were obligated to help their parents， they did not

have the options that young people have now.

二、儘量減少重複，不要太囉嗦

1.儘量避免重複使用同樣的詞彙。或者有的時候雖然詞彙沒有重複，但意思卻有重複。這時候可以做一些簡化的工作。例如下面這個例子：

The farm my grandfather grew up on was large in size.

large 對一個farm來說就是size方面的large，所以in size可以去掉，改爲：

The farm my grandfather grew up on was large.

更簡潔的表達方式爲：

My grandfather grew up on a large farm.

2.有時一個詞組可以用一個更簡單的單詞來替換，例如：

My grandfather has said over and over again that he had to work on his

parents’ farm.

這裏的over and over again就可以改爲repeatedly，顯得更爲簡潔：

My grandfather has said repeatedly that he had to work on his parents’

farm.

三、相關語法要選擇最恰當的表達方式

選擇合適的語法結構可以使句子意思的表達更爲精確和簡練。雖然語法的多樣性也很重要，但選擇最恰當的語法結構仍然是更爲重要的考慮因素。以下，推薦幾種考生們在考慮選擇何種語法結構時可以參考的原則：

1.一個句子的主語和謂語動詞應該能夠反映句子中的最重要的意思。例如：.

The situation that resulted in my grandfather’s not being able to study

engineering was that his father needed help on the farm.

從意思上來分析，上面這句話需要表達的重要的概念是“grandfather’s not being able to

study”，而在表達這個概念時，原句用的主語是situation，謂語動詞是was，不能強調需要表達的重點概念，可以改爲下面這句話：

My grandfather couldn’t study engineering because his father needed help on

the farm.

2.避免頻繁使用“there be”結構，例如下面的句子：

There were 25 cows on the farm that my grandfather had to milk every day.

It was hard work for my grandfather.

可以改爲：My grandfather worked hard. He had to milk 25 cows on the farm every

day.

更簡潔的句式爲：

My grandfather worked hard milking 25 cows daily.

3.把從句改爲短語或單詞。例如：

Dairy cows were raised on the farm， which was located 100 kilometers from

the nearest university and was in an area that was remote.

簡介的表達方式爲：

The dairy farm was located in a remote area， 100 kilometers to the nearest

university.

4.僅在需要強調賓語而不是主語的時候，才使用被動語態。例如：

In the fall， not only did the cows have to be milked， but also the hay was

mowed and stacked by my grandfather’s family.

本句不夠簡潔的原因是本句的重心應該是“忙碌的家庭-my grandfather’s

family”，而使用了被動語態後，彷彿重心變成了cows和hay。下面的表達方式是主動語態，相對來說更簡潔一些：

In the fall， my grandfather’s family not only milked the cow but also mowed

and stacked the hay.

5.用更爲精確的一個動詞來代替動詞短語，例如下面這句話：

My grandfather didn’t have time to stand around doing nothing with his

school friends.

Stand around doing nothing其實可以用一個動詞來表達，即loiter：

My grandfather didn’t have time to loiter with his school friends.

6.有時兩句話的信息經過組合完全可以用一句話來簡練地表達，例如：

Profits from the farm were not large. Sometimes they were too small to meet

the expenses of running a farm. They were not sufficient to pay for a university

degree.

兩句話的信息可以合併爲下面這句更爲簡潔的句子：

Profits from the farm were sometimes too small to meet operational

expenses，let alone pay for a university degree.

簡單並不代表沒有難度，一篇好的託福作文，必須邏輯清晰、詞彙和句式運用恰當。如果考生對新託福寫作備考中的長句沒有太大的把握，那麼不妨拆成更有把握的短句，一樣能獲得高分。

It has been said that when people succeed, it is because of hard work and that luck has nothing to do with success. Although I believe that hard work is very important and is the surest way to success for most people, I must disagree with this statement. It cannot be denied that luck often plays an important role in success. For example, many important discoveries have been made by accident. There have been many cases of researchers and inventors making major breakthroughs while they were actually trying to solve another problem or create a different device.

Furthermore, there is something to be said for simply being in the right place at the right time-perhaps meeting someone by chance who can offer a good job or rare opportunity. And of course, there are the rare examples of gamblers and lottery winners who beat the odds and achieve sudden and unexpected success.

While the influence of luck cannot be ignored, this is not to say that one should depend on it and ignore the value of hard work. If one is willing to work hard, I believe that success will eventually be achieved, with or without the added benefit of luck. Moreover, hard work is often an essential ingredient of luck because it enables one to take advantage of a lucky encounter. If the scientist has not worked hard to develop his knowledge and skills, he may not recognize that lucky breakthrough when it comes along.
