Like-minded

adj. 志趣相投的；想法相同的

Like-minded是由連字符連接成的合成形容詞，英文解釋是“having similar ideas and interests”，意爲“志趣相投的；具有相似意向或目的的”。

Like-minded常見的詞組短語有like-minded friends志同道合的朋友、like-minded group志同道合的團隊、like-minded investor志同道合的投資者。

在職場裏，每個團隊都會需要集結志同道合的人才（a group of like-minded talents），共同完成一個項目或任務。打造志同道合的團隊（to build a like-minded team）最重要的是塑造與目前公司戰略、行業、產品一致的正確價值觀。一支擁有共同價值的志同道合的團隊能無形中增強公司的凝聚力與行動力（enhance the cohesion and execution of a company）。
