1. 解釋

Back up的意思是“支持，援助”，back sb up就是“支持某人”。Back me up與give me support意思是相同的，都是“給予我支持”的意思，可以翻譯爲“做我的堅強後盾”。

2. 例句

e.g. If you do not back me up on this point, I will lose it.

如果這是你不幫我，我就完了。

e.g. I will back him up because I think he is right.
